Synopsis
This report is based on meetings in three Asian nations with investors, corporate representatives, and environmental and supply chain experts about toxic chemicals. The goal was to assess a range of practical and policy issues which promise to shape investor response to the toxic chemicals issue in Asia. Three themes that emerged included limited government leadership, growing pressures from Asian consumers, and the need for supply chain training.
